Country Series
For Ben Fogle
Ben Fogle is to host
a new BBC One series called Country Tracks which takes a journey
through the archive of its sister programme Countryfile in a
celebration of the countryside today.
Each week Fogle visits different parts of the British
Isles and each leg of the journey is influenced by the chosen
archive footage.
Each week follows a different journey on different
modes of transport; from walking and hiking to climbing and white
water rafting.
Fogle said: "I'm thrilled to be presenting Country
Tracks. It means I can spend time outside in our beautiful country
revisiting some of the best parts found by Countryfile.
"I'll be walking, sailing, climbing, white water
rafting and scrambling my way around the UK to rediscover the very
best bits of our countryside and highlight the best places that
anyone and everyone can visit."

Quiz Show For
Kirsty Wark
Kirsty Wark is to front a new BBC Two quiz in which
contestants must answer 'one of the toughest questions on TV' to win cash.
A Question Of Genius will also test skills in outwitting the competition,
the BBC said.
In order to face their killer question and prove their expertise on a chosen
field, contestants need to beat their rivals over a series of rounds testing
their knowledge, decision-making, strategy and risk-taking abilities.
Newsnight presenter Wark will present the quiz for BBC Daytime from BBC
Scotland's Pacific Quay studios in her home town of Glasgow.
She said: "I'm excited to be fronting this brand new quiz which will give
competitors from across the UK the chance to prove how much of a genius they
really are."
A Question of Genius will start this spring.
