New BBC Four Drama
Dominic West is to star as a straight-talking Australian
scientist in Breaking The Mould, a new factual drama for BBC Four.
It is set against the background of the early years of World
War II and centres around Professor Howard Florey and his team who
persevered against all odds to make penicillin an applicable medicine,
whilst refusing to patent it for commercial gain.
Dominic West said: "It's great to be working with BBC Drama
on such a brilliant script. The story of Florey seems little know in the UK
but in Australia, he is considered one of their greatest heroes and
therefore it is wonderful to be playing him."

Jade Goody Had No
Talent
Publicist Max Clifford said Jade Goody had no talent but
would have been the first to admit it.
Clifford also said that he did not profit from Goody's death
and said he had paid some of her medical bills.
He told students at the London College of Communications that
in the last ten years in particular people have increasingly become famous
who have not talent at all.
He said that when he was a child growing up, everyone who was
famous had talent but in 2009 you do not need any talent to be famous and
successful.
Clifford described fame as a drug that could be just as
deadly as cocaine and alcohol.
