Birdwatching Series For Sky
Comedian Bill Bailey plays host to two celebrity teams in a
series of tough, competitive bird watching challenges in Sky1 HD's new
six-part series, Bill Bailey's Birdwatching Bonanza starting on Friday,
January 8 on Sky1 HD and Sky1.
The programme is devised to stretch the observational and practical skills
of the teams in a series of challenges, whilst focusing on seeing and
appreciating British birds.
Captured in high definition, Bailey travels the country
visiting the best bird watching locations. From the tranquillity of Rutland
Water to the incredible spectacle of thousands of migrating geese in the
Solway Firth; from the seething flocks of North Norfolk to the rugged beauty
of the Isle of Mull, Bailey and the teams will be embracing the great
outdoors.
Bailey will oversee the two teams as they get back to basics and commune
with nature, setting up camp at each location and settling down around the
campfire in the evenings to reminisce on their birding exploits.
Bill Bailey told Waveguide: "I’ve always had a passion for wildlife and
birds in particular, so I relished this opportunity to camp out in some
lovely corners of Britain and spot some beautiful birds.
"Hopefully this show will encourage more people to celebrate
our extraordinarily diverse birdlife, while at the same time enjoying the
great British countryside. One of the great pleasures of doing this show, is
seeing our guests, many of whom have never been birdwatching, finding out
that they love it, and what a fascinating and rewarding pastime it can be.”

John and Edward To Join I'm A Celeb?
John and Edward have been offered £50,000 each to appear on
I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!, according to reports.
It is said they were approached through show mentor Louis Walsh to replace
Katie Price after she quit the reality show yesterday.
Yesterday, the 18-year-old singers – who are known for their quirky blonde
spiked hair – were asked on a television interview if they would consider
appearing in the show.
John replied: "Can we do that? Are we celebrities?"
Edward added: "Do we have that title? We're up for any challenge, we've got
to think about it together and see if it's for us."
Dancing On Ice host Phillip Schofield has also admitted he
would be keen for them to appear on the show when the new series starts in
January.

Katie
Price Dumps Boyfriend

Katie Price dropped a bombshell last night in an interview on
ITV's I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here!
Earlier in the programme, viewers had seen her leave the
rainforest camp after refusing to take part in a bushtucker trial.
Asked by host Ant McParland whether she had a game plan 'what with
speculation concerning boyfriend Alex Reid flying out to propose,' she said:
‘I’ve done a lot of reflecting. I think it’s best that I’m on my own.
“I just don’t want to be in a relationship. I want to be on my own. I don’t
want a relationship. I hope we can remain friends. I’m not with him, no."
She told Ant and Dec how being in the camp had made her reflect on her past:
”I’ve come out here as a new person and I’m going to have fresh start.
“The past seven months I’ve acted like a twit. I’m sorry if I upset people.”

Again private life engulfing public life gain her a few
million in magazine deals. I feel sorry for Alex he was used in the public
arena to enable her to sell additional stories on their relationship and his
cross dressing. However, he was not allowed to gain from the relationship
financially.
